Purpose and acceptance
These terms govern cabinext.ma and, together with contractual documents, the use of Cabinext. Signed quotations, orders, special terms and processing schedules prevail for the relevant practice.

Eligibility
The application is intended for authorized healthcare professionals and organizations. Account creators confirm they have authority to act for the practice.
Accounts
Information must be accurate and updated. Each user should have an individual account. The practice manages roles, departures and credential confidentiality.
Free trial
The advertised trial lasts 30 days with no credit card and may require manual activation. It may be refused in cases of fraud, duplication or abuse.
Plans and pricing
Prices start at MAD 199 per month or MAD 1,990 per year. Final pricing depends on specialty, number of practices, modules and services. The accepted commercial proposal controls.
Payment and renewal
Payment dates, taxes, methods, renewals, notice periods and late-payment consequences are stated in the offer.
Service functions
Cabinext may include appointments, patient records, prescriptions, voice dictation, inventory, messaging, billing, reminders and other modules. Some features depend on third parties, configuration, location or plan.
Medical use
Cabinext is an organization and documentation tool. It does not replace clinical judgment, diagnosis, prescription or physician verification.
Medicine database
The database assists search. Professionals must verify medicines, doses, contraindications, interactions, availability and current regulatory information.
Voice dictation
Advertised accuracy is internally measured and varies by microphone, accent, noise, connectivity and vocabulary. Generated text must be reviewed.
WhatsApp and SMS
Reminders depend on the number, consent and channel rules. Delivery is not guaranteed. Practices should minimize medical content in messages.
Availability
Horizon HealthCare seeks to maintain access, but interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, updates, provider failures, networks or force majeure. Any quantified service level must be contractual.
Support
Issues are handled with a target of under 24 hours depending on severity; some may be resolved faster. This is not an absolute guarantee unless expressly contracted.
Migration
Cabinext may support migration with a target under three months for most practices after audit. Timing depends on formats, volume, duplicates and access.
Data and intellectual property
Practices retain rights in their imported data. Horizon HealthCare retains rights in the software, interfaces, code, generic templates, documentation and brand.
Exports and reversibility
Export formats, timing and possible charges are defined contractually. Practices should request exports before final closure and verify completeness.
Confidentiality
Each party protects confidential information. Users must not export or share patient data without necessity, authority and a secure channel.
Prohibited use
Users may not bypass access controls, perform unauthorized security assessments, copy or resell the software, upload unlawfully obtained data, spam or disrupt infrastructure.
Practice responsibility
The practice is responsible for data quality, medical decisions, users, devices, consent, formalities and professional obligations.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Horizon HealthCare is not responsible for indirect losses, business interruption or medical decisions. Contractual caps and mandatory rights apply.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for security risk, fraud, non-payment, unlawful use or serious breach. At termination, the practice must organize export and continuity.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Moroccan law. The parties first seek an amicable solution before competent courts under applicable procedural rules.
Changes
Terms may be updated. The accepted contractual text remains controlling, subject to changes required by law or security.
